1. Nutritional Guidance Plan
This plan is for the individual looking for nutritional guidance help in reaching a physically fit physique but doesn't necessarily want to compete. This consists of a more structured meal plan to assist you in reaching your goals through small changes in nutritional guidance based off current body composition and progress.
*Changes will be implemented only when need be, otherwise bi-weekly nutritional changes will most likely occur. Nutrition changes will be made based off individual stats/body composition changes and when needed.
2. Macro Adjustments/Flexible Dieting Plan
This plan is for the individual already familiar with macronutrients and the flexible dieting lifestyle. If you are someone who has experience with tracking your macros and are looking for someone to set your macros based off your current body stats and goals while adding the accountability of weekly adjustments based on progress this plan is for you!
*Changes will be implemented weekly, but are contingent upon individual stats/body composition changes.
3. Custom Workout Plan
New to the gym, need to change up your routine, or target some weak points? This plan is for those who want to start a routine, are looking to freshen up their current routine, or need help achieving physique specific goals. This plan includes monthly workouts specifically tailored to fit your lifestyle and physique goals.
*Workouts are based on individual body stats, goals, current activity levels, and individual ability.
